The LRd code given here is the most recent version of the model taking into account changes made since the original 1994 presentation and errata. See History of Model Development for details. Several currents that are used to model pathophysiological behavior, or are not found in the guinea pig ventricle have been turned off (IKNa, IKATP, Ito, InsCa). This has been accomplished by commenting out their function calls. Similarly, the cleft space concentration is not active.
